1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing LyraSite, submitting a form, requesting a quote, using a product, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you enter into a separate written order form, statement of work, subscription agreement, or license agreement with LyraSite, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Our Services
LyraSite provides software products, yearly subscriptions, white-label product setup, enterprise software consulting, custom development, integrations, AI and browser automation, cloud solutions, support, and related implementation services.
Product pages, demos, screenshots, feature lists, and pricing descriptions are provided for commercial evaluation and may change as products improve.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, workspace, domain, or team. You must provide accurate information and promptly update information that changes.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
LyraSite products are sold as yearly subscription services unless an order states otherwise. Prices, package limits, renewal dates, implementation scope, support scope, taxes, and payment terms may be confirmed in a quote, invoice, checkout page, or written order.
Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, non-renewal, or termination of access. Fees are non-refundable unless a written agreement, invoice, or applicable law requires otherwise.
5. White-Label License Restrictions
A white-label license allows approved branding and deployment of the selected LyraSite product for one approved domain only, unless LyraSite signs a separate written agreement allowing broader use.
- No reseller rights are included by default.
- No multi-domain use is included by default.
- No sublicensing, marketplace resale, franchising, or redistribution is allowed unless expressly agreed in writing.
- You may not remove technical controls, ownership notices, licensing checks, security limits, or package restrictions.
- White-label pricing does not transfer ownership of LyraSite source code, product IP, trademarks, or underlying technology.
6. Custom Development and New Features
Custom development, integrations, browser automation, AI workflows, and new feature work require agreed scope, timeline, acceptance criteria, and payment terms. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, LyraSite retains ownership of its pre-existing code, libraries, product frameworks, methods, templates, and reusable components.
Deliverables may depend on third-party APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, AI providers, data quality, customer access, and customer approval cycles.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use LyraSite services to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, run abusive automation, scrape or attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, bypass security, overload infrastructure, misuse AI output, or process regulated data without the required written safeguards.
8. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content, files, prompts, videos, screenshots, data, and business materials you provide. You grant LyraSite the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and use that content only to provide the requested services, support, security, and product functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide customer content to LyraSite.
9. LyraSite Intellectual Property
LyraSite owns or licenses the website, product designs, software, source code, workflows, documentation, trademarks, branding, templates, and underlying technology. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website or purchased services under these terms and any applicable order.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products and services may integrate with third-party providers such as hosting platforms, payment processors, email providers, AI providers, stock media APIs, analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and customer-selected systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, fail, or limit access.
11. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every environment, or that every requested integration or automation will be technically or commercially feasible.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LyraSite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the period stated in the applicable written agreement, or if none exists, the amount paid in the three months before the claim.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security risk, misuse services, violate license limits, or use the products in a way that may harm LyraSite, customers, providers, or third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to paid services may also be handled through order forms, notices, or renewal terms.
