1. Who We Are
LyraSite provides enterprise software consulting, custom Laravel/MySQL development, AI and browser automation, cloud solutions, and subscription software products including Clip Lyra and Lyra Video Editor.
For privacy questions, contact us at hello@lyrasite.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of our website or services, and limited information from trusted third-party tools needed to operate the site.
- Contact and lead information: name, email, phone number, company, role, budget or requirement, timeline, message, source page, product or feature of interest, IP address, and browser user agent.
- Account and subscription information: account details, workspace details, package, renewal state, usage limits, billing status, support requests, and product settings when a customer uses a LyraSite product.
- Project and product content: files, videos, screenshots, prompts, transcripts, templates, comments, catalogue data, or workflow information you upload or ask us to process as part of a product, demo, or custom development engagement.
- Technical data: device, browser, pages visited, request logs, security events, cookies, and similar operational data needed for site reliability, analytics, fraud prevention, and security.
- Payment and commercial data: subscription plan, invoice information, payment status, taxes, and purchase history. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our own servers.
3. How We Use Information
- Respond to enquiries, demos, pricing requests, support requests, and custom development discussions.
- Operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot our website, forms, products, subscriptions, and customer workflows.
- Provide product access, onboarding, white-label setup, implementation, integrations, and new feature development.
- Send transactional emails, service updates, security alerts, invoices, and requested commercial communications.
- Detect spam, abuse, bot traffic, unauthorized access, and misuse of our services.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile and Security Checks
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from bots. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, user agent, browser and connection signals, site key, and verification tokens so Cloudflare can validate the request and protect the website from abuse.
We use Turnstile for security and fraud prevention, not for advertising retargeting.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies for login/session handling, CSRF protection, form security, preferences, analytics, and site reliability. You can control cookies in your browser, but some parts of the website or services may not work correctly if required cookies are blocked.
6. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the website, provide services, process payments, deliver email, host data, protect security, comply with law, or complete a business transaction such as merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers for application hosting, databases, storage, monitoring, backups, and delivery.
- Email and communications providers for form notifications, support replies, and service messages.
- Payment providers for subscription billing, invoices, taxes, fraud checks, and payment records.
- Security providers such as Cloudflare for Turnstile, threat prevention, and network protection.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers, auditors, and compliance providers where necessary.
7. Customer Content and Confidentiality
Customer content remains yours. We use customer content only to provide the requested product, support, implementation, automation, integration, or custom development service, unless you give us separate permission to use it for another purpose.
For sensitive projects, customers should request a separate written data processing agreement, NDA, or security schedule before sending regulated or highly confidential data.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, respond to enquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect security. Lead form records, support records, invoices, usage logs, and project records may have different retention periods depending on the service and applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, authentication, logging, backups, security checks, and restricted handling of sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so customers are responsible for using strong passwords, limiting access to their accounts, and protecting their own devices and credentials.
10. International Transfers
LyraSite may work with customers, providers, and infrastructure in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications. To make a request, email hello@lyrasite.com.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
